延迟履约告知函

致尊敬的客户：

Dear Customers：

由于近期中国冠状病毒的爆发，我司集团总部进行了紧急电话会议，作出如下说明：

Due to the recent outbreak of novel coronavirus in China, Deltachem would like to make the following status updates and explanations to you after an internal executive meeting:

受新型冠状病毒的影响，中国宣布将新年假期延长至2月2日；同时各省人力资源和社会保障厅印发关于延迟各省内企业复工的紧急通知，山东、上海等地的假期延长至2月10日，致使我司办公室/工厂/物流无法按时复工，并且无法及时向其他企业购买原材料和设备等。 

Affected by the novel coronavirus, China government announced that the Lunar New Year holiday will be extended to Feb.2^nd. At the same time, the provincial authorities of Human Resources and Social Security released urgent notice to postpone the resumption of work of enterprises in some provinces. In areas like Shandong province and Shanghai, the holiday has been further extended to Feb.10^th, which resulted in the delay of our office/factories/logistics to resume work as scheduled and purchase of raw materials and equipment from other enterprises. 

目前我司受影响的办公室/工厂/物流等安排如下：

青岛办公室：2月10日正式上班

工厂：2月10日陆续开工

上海/青岛仓库及工厂物流：2月10日起陆续恢复

Our arrangements of the affected office/factories/logistics would be adjusted as follows:

Qingdao office: start to work on Feb.10^th 

Factories: start to work since Feb.10^th

Shanghai/Qingdao warehouses and factory logistics: will resume from Feb.10^th

受此影响，我司可能将无法按照合同约定及时向您履行合同义务，故向您发出该通知，合同履行时间预计相应推迟至少15-20天左右，以便您提前知晓和采取相应的措施。 

In light of the above force majeure, our company may not be able to perform the contract obligations to you in due course and it is expected that our timeline for proceeding the contracts would be delayed at least 15-20 days. Therefore, we make this notification for your timely information and taking corresponding measures in advance.

中国人民和政府正在全力以赴的抗击疫情，我们有信心、有能力战胜新型冠状病毒。

Chinese government and people have confidence and capability to win the battle against the epidemic caused by the novel coronavirus.
